Gillingham Football Club will begin the 2012/13 season with a home game against Bradford City after the new fixtures were revealed today.
Currently without a manager, The Gills will start the new league season against the Bantams on Saturday 18th August.
They will then head to Adams Park to play Wycombe Wanderers on Tuesday 21st August with a trip to Dagenham & Redbridge to follow on the Saturday 25th August.
A first ever game against Fleetwood Town in the league takes place at Priesfield on Saturday 15th Decemeber with a trip to fellow league newcomers York City to come the following weekend.
The Gills have been handed a home tie on Boxing Day as Barnet come to Priestfield, currently managed by former Gills coach Mark Robson and a trip to Southend United on New Year’s Day awaits this coming season.
Gillingham’s last home game will be against AFC Wimbledon on Saturday 20th April with a trip to Burton Albion to complete their season on Saturday 27th April.
